We the Darpan Jewels (Owner of Trademark & Copyright of Name “HypeDrip”) aim to make your shopping smooth and worry-free with easy returns, hassle-free exchanges, and quick shipping.
Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid purchases. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small delivery fee of INR 99 will apply.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Saturday).

For all COD orders, our team will contact the customer within 24 hours for order confirmation. If the customer does not respond within the given timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery timelines: Most orders arrive within 5 business days, though in some cases it may take an extra 2–3 days depending on your pin code or due to unavoidable situation like war, flood or any other natural / man made calamities.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via E-Mail/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your order’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased under clearance sales, Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers, special product discounts, brand collaborations, promotional campaigns, or offers including complimentary/free products are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges can still be processed.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns will accepted once we receive product with original tags and unused

Exchange will be provided for Size change or Colour Change.

Exchanges are completely free of charge for 1st time, For 2nd Time exchange fee of Rs. 200=00 will be charge extra. On Receipt of Exchange fee, then only exchange will be processed.

To begin, simply submit a return/exchange request using our online form or in Order Details of your Account.

After approval, a reverse pickup is scheduled within 24 hours, and our courier will collect the item in 1–3 days.

If any discrimination is found on product returned to us, then we will contact you for further information.

Exchanges are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days on availability of product selected.

For prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded to be original payment mode only.

For COD orders, Credit Note / Store Credit will be issued after deducting COD charges.

Credit Note / Store Credit will only be issued after receipt of Product and it is passed in Quality Check.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

If our reverse pickup service isn’t available in your location, you can return the product via self-shipping. We will provide you reverse authorization number which need to be mentioned on courier for the same.

Products must be sent back unused, with tags intact and original packaging.

It should be packed securely to avoid any transportation damages.

For self-shipped returns, the Credit Note will be issued with addition of INR 100 (towards courier charges).
Cancellation Policy

In case there is order cancellation, then please do before product is shipped. Once product(s) is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.
Important Guidelines

Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. If they show signs of use, wash, or damage, pickup may be denied Or it may affect Return/ Exchange process.

When exchanging for a higher-priced product, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower-priced exchanges, the balance will be credited as a gift card or store credits or Credit Note will be issued having validity of 1 year from date of exchange generated.

We strongly recommend creating an video while unpacking your order, to ensure that all labels / stickers are intact. It will serve as a proof in case product is received damage or missing. Without video proof it will be difficult for us proceed for return / exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability of stock of selected size and colour.
